We are a mother, daughter, and aunt team. We are all disabled, so crafting gives us something to do to keep us busy, focused, and not sinking into depression like some of us so often do. We enjoy creating new things and seeing people smile when they truly love what we’ve made for them.
As stated, we’re all disabled. We couldn’t afford to buy pretty things, and we know most of our family and friends can’t either. We wanted to provide the same great quality, but at a cost that we knew people in our situation could still afford if they really liked something we made. Yes, it means we put more into each item than we get back, but the goal is to spread joy, and we feel keeping our costs low enables that.
Yes! If you’re interested in a custom item, please contact us. Depending on items on hand, we can work with you to create a one-of-a-kind item you will cherish. If we have the items or materials on hand, we can get started right away.
If we have to order components, crafting can’t begin until everything arrives, which can add some time. We will let you know when you have your consultation what time frame we might be looking at.
All custom items have a $15 surcharge.
We plan to have major releases for every season that coincides with a major holiday during that season. Each release will have at least 10 wreaths/items. If we sell out of our first release for that season/holiday and we have enough materials, we may be able to release a few more for anyone that wanted one but didn’t catch one when they went live.
Throughout the year, we will also do limited releases of special edition items. These may include wreaths or wall hangings from movies, TV shows, hobbies, sports teams, and things of that nature. All new releases will be posted on the main homepage and on our Facebook page so everyone will have a chance to see when new items go live.
We can! In the “additional notes” section at checkout, please add anything you’d like the card to say, and let us know that it’s a gift and what occasion it’s for. We will not include an invoice, and will include a card with your custom message on it instead.
We ship Priority Mail, and package the items securely. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the box and the item, showing the damage clearly, and contact us right away. We’ll do what we can to make it right.
At this time, we don’t ship wreaths or heavier items internationally due to the cost. Items that ship internationally will be marked clearly on the product page.
Yes! If you’d like to order an item for local pickup, we are located in Toledo Ohio. We are close to Bowling Green, Northwood, Perrysburg, Oregon, and Rossford as we’re right on the line for most of them. If you’re interested in picking up your item or having it hand-delivered, please contact us for more information. Depending on your location, we may need to add a $5 delivery charge if it’s out of the ‘usual’ locations we drive to frequently.
We also travel frequently for book events and down south to visit family. If we’re heading to a new location shortly, we will post those dates on the Facebook page so people can get orders in early to have their wreath delivered or pick it up on location where the event is we’ll be at. There will be a $5 surcharge for those, because we’ll have to be very careful with packing them in with event items to avoid damage and will take more packaging.
We recommend keeping the box it was shipped in for storage. We specifically purchase a special size box for the wreaths, so that they are well protected during shipping and storage without being smushed on any sides.
If you’ve already thrown away the box, try to find a box or plastic tote of the same size, and gently pack the wreath in between layers of tissue paper. When getting it out of storage, you may have to pull a bit at the tulle and mesh with your fingers slightly to ‘fluff’ it back up if it has been pressed down somewhat from storage.
